  4. Hello, you make some interesting and compelling points. Usually, when I come across a diabetic, I feel sorry for them because I believe that they’ll very likely be limited in their choice of foods. But I understand better now. Regardless of the fact that getting diagnosed with diabetes prohibits one from eating certain foods, there is still a compromise that ensures a balanced and nutritious diet. I like the idea of incorporating an exercise routine. This has been really informative. Thanks for sharing

      It’s a shame that folks with diabetes realize too late what they should be eating and I’m no exception.

      There’s really not a limit of foods but it’s making the right choices and not the unhealthy ones as we’ve been used to.

Many thanks to you for sharing such an informative article with us .My father was diabetic and overweight for three years .So I was looking for some nutritious foods like how to control diabetes with weight control .But it is not possible for me to know the proper qualities of each meal and your article is therefore very helpful to me .From your article, I understand that since my father is type 2 diabetes, eating foods like Cinnаmоn, spinach, Nutѕ, Black Beans etc. 

    But from your article, I also learned that fatty and sweet foods should be avoided to keep diabetes under control. So to keep diabetes under control, you need to be aware of the best nutritious diet for diabetics at the time of diagnosis .I will definitely follow the tips given by your article in my dad’s diet and exclude inedible ones.
