  1. I’ve been disconnected for a while, but I’m back as a faithful follower! Great… chocolate is on the list.

    My aunt has been recommended to introduce Garlic on Honey and allow it to absorb the honey for several days. Do you know if this practice would add or subtract any value for its purpose?

    Among your list, the ones that I’m more familiar with are Turmeric as in my family it has become used to take a turmeric tea sweetened with honey in the mornings instead of coffee; and Sunflowers seeds although I don’t think this one would be considered as one of our good practices as I always get the industrialized ones (the salty ones); also watermelon but it’s a shame we couldn’t get it on a daily basis.

      It’s good to eat the foods that can help your blood circulation. I’m with you and the chocolate, but it has to be dark chocolate not milk chocolate.

      I find myself using turmeric as a supplement because it has so many benefits including increasing circulation.

      Sorry to hear that you have diabetes. What we eat is so important when we have diabetes.

      But for someone like me with neuropathy, blood circulation is crucial because it causes the numbness in my feet. Certain fruits can help with blood circulation.

      I also take turmeric every day particularly for that reason. And who doesn’t love dark chocolate? 🙂 But of course too much is no good either.

For this reason, I believe it is important to understand the kinds of food that make it flow seamlessly. At this point though, i have to be honest, some of these super-foods come as a shocker to me.       Exercising is a no-brainer. You have to exercise to keep your blood flowing freely.

      I agree with you that you might be surprised at some of the foods on the list but they do help your circulation.

      Dark chocolate for instance is very good for circulation but not milk chocolate and only in moderation!

Many thanks to you for sharing an article so helpful .Each meal has some good characteristics and some bad characteristics .For some foods, health conditions may improve and sometimes decline .A list of daily meals should be very carefully selected .My father has diabetes, so this article is very useful to me .Because it is always about choosing the right diet about his diet .I always select some foods for my dad that I see in your article, but in the meantime I had some mistakes I missed out on some foods that are very useful for diabetics. Nuts, Dаrk Chосоlаtе, Oranges Foods I thought would be very harmful to a diabetic patient but reading your article changed my perception completely.

I did implemented the Turmeric, watermelon and Cayenne pepper to my family a while ago because I found out that they have vast number of health benefits.       I cannot stress enough the importance of good blood circulation in your body especially when you have diabetes.

      I know first hand because I have neuropathy and numbness in my feet. These foods certainly help with circulation.

      Turmeric is something I’ve been taking for years now because it’s that good for circulation and fighting inflammation.

      Cayenne pepper I take in supplement form because again it’s an awesome help for blood circulation.

  7. I am glad to see your article. I think Every food has certain good and bad qualities. It means that certain foods can improve or worsen the course of certain diseases or health conditions. Nowadays Both boys and girls are suffering from Diabetes. I think all of us who suffer from diabetes should follow a healthy diet. There are many foods that help blood circulation for diabetes, which is very good for a diabetic patient. The list of foods you give is a great list of foods for diabetics.       With diabetes our blood circulation is compromised and that’s not good. It’s vital that our blood circulation is flowing freely.

      All sorts of problems arise when our blood isn’t circulating properly. Diabetes can be controlled by proper diet and exercise.

      Having these foods in your diet will help do just that.

    • I agree totally. I love chocolate and dark chocolate has many benefits especially for diabetics. But it’s always in moderation because there still is sugar content.Tea with ginger works too. Thanks for sharing 🙂
