  4. Wow, I did not know this much about brussel sprouts! I have spent four years in the UK for getting for a degree but every time I see brussel sprouts in store, I just walked passed it, haha!

    I had it once and really, I hate how it tastes, aww. Why is it bitter? But, after reading your article, I think I will force myself (kinda) to eat more of them. I don’t have diabetes, but look at the health benefits of eating brussel sprouts! A power food!

      People kind of overlook this healthy vegetable in lieu of others that are more well known.
      But diabetes or not, just adding Brussels sprouts to the menu on occasion is a good thing.
