Wow really great info about blood sugar.  I like how you listed the types of low and high blood sugar and the symptoms of each.  I found myself asking if I had those symptoms, and thankfully I don’t!  I’m going to bookmark your site, because type 2 diabetes runs in my family, and it’s pretty much inevitable that I get it too, and I need to watch for those symptoms.  Thanks again for your post!  Rhonda

      It’s good that you don’t have any symptoms because neither high or low blood sugar is good.

      Everyone should know their numbers and recognize any symptoms that might be steering you in the wrong direction.

      The more aware you are about your situation and numbers the better off you will be.
