It’s great to hear that physical therapy is effective for treating type 2 diabetes. I know a little bit about physical therapy, and mostly I think of sports injuries when I think of PT, so it’s really helpful to find out that it has other uses as well. 3-5 days per week and 150 minutes per week are really good numbers to go by. Footwear is really important when it comes to diabetic comfort, and I do like the New Balance Walking Shoes too. Things like balance and coordination, walking ability and pain levels, these are all important considerations. I know a few people who are diabetic. They will definitely find your post useful and I will definitely forward it along to them. Great post and keep up the good work!
Yes it is good that physical therapy can help type 2 diabetes in certain instances.
It can help with a great many things including sports injuries as well.
I have physical therapy for my neuropathy in my feet from the diabetes.

I know that diabetes is a chronic disease that originates because the pancreas does not synthesize the amount of insulin that the human body needs.
It can be controlled by eating a balanced diet and doing physical exercises. From what I see also a physical therapy especially on the feet can help a lot.

Yes the diabetes issue is about not enough insulin for type 2 diabetics and very little to none for type 1 diabetics.
If we only followed the right course of diet and exercise, it may not have come down to a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.
But physical therapy can help with certain conditions from diabetes. It’s much better to prevent this horrible disease in the first place.
The best course of action is always to eat healthy and exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
