Holiday eating with diabetes cannot be easy balanced because, during this period you want to have a time of your life with foods and drinks.

Hi Rob, thank you for all those reminders. When these holidays arrive, I have 2 weeks away from my exercise program. I have 4 family gatherings coming up and 2 parties with friends. I know how those are, loaded with food I haven’t had in a while because I have been carefully choosing my meals. I like the idea of planning ahead. Excellent article, Rob! I feel there is a lot of really good information here for someone that’s either dealing with Diabetes personally, or knows someone who is.
Though I’ve never had to battle Diabetes myself, I have friends and family that do. There’s a lot of restrictions in the diet, and they’re always keeping food with them on the go to help balance out their blood-sugar levels.
