  1. I have heard of the negative calorie diet before but never really look into what is it all about. Thanks for the information and the food list. I agree, weight loss is all about calories in and calories out and it does take time for us to lose weight so we have to stick to it. 

    The concept is interesting that we actually use calories in order to break down these negative calories list. I can see that it is not ideal to follow this diet in long terms but I think it can be use intermittently as a weight management. At least we do get a lot of micro nutrients from all the fruits and vegetables though.

    I guess if we eat mostly the food on this list and incorporate it with some other foods in small portion, this zero calories diet can be sustainable.

      With diabetes a lot of the disease related to being overweight, eating the wrong foods, and lack of exercise.

      When I read about the Negative Calorie Diet, I thought it was very interesting. The more knowledge you have about something like this, the better off you’ll be.

      It makes perfect sense to eat foods with “negative” calories. The basis for losing weight is eating right and consuming less calories is a start.

      Most folks know that eating fruits and vegetables is the healthiest way to eat to avoid obesity and diseases such as diabetes.
