      Everything that’s good for your health always comes back to diet and exercise. The more you move, the healthier you will be. So I always believe that knowledge is power and when you have diabetes this is exceptionally true.

      So all I can say is that it’s time to get up off the couch and start walking jogging running and just moving in general. You will see a drastic change in your Health with daily exercise and of course eating the right foods as well especially as a diabetic.

  2. This is a very thorough article so firstly thank you for sharing! Secondly I agree with everything you are saying. I used to work with people with learning disabilites and some of the guys had blood sugar issues and diabetes. Exercise was the key for most and it doesn’t have to be strenuous either. Also agreed with a change of diet! Again thank you for sharing. I know this well help many others!

    • Hey Michael, I appreciate you saying so, thank you. I have to say that diabetes or not, diet and exercise is the most important thing when it comes to your health.

      Actually, exercise is probably more important for lowering your blood sugars then actually losing weight. But of course both together are much better.

      So when you combine exercise and dieting and taking care of yourself, you can control your blood sugars and that in turn helps control your diabetes.

      Once you start exercising regularly and following a proper diet you should notice a big change in your blood sugar numbers and diabetes control.
