Wow, this is a good list. This means very low amount of sugar. I guess I have ate all the sugar my body can take a very long time ago and now is the time for me to stop that and now focus on a new list which you have given here. It’s best to eat fruits and vegetables. But the fact is that fruit does contain sugar but it’s natural sugar which isn’t as detrimental as other sugars.
It’s still a good idea to watch what fruits you eat and to not overdo it. The best fruits with the lowest glycemic index are in the berry family.
They contain the least amount of sugar!
