Rob, thank you for putting together such a well researched informative website.  It’s unfortunate that people have diabetes, but at least they have a very good website to go to, to help them with meal plans, how to control their blood sugars, natural supplements to help as well and just lots and lots of knowledge about it.  You’re right, diabetes doesn’t have to be a death sentence if they follow the advice of those that know what can be done to live with it.  It’s a matter of taking control of your life and deciding to do something about it.  Thanks again Rob, I look forward to reading more.
