  3. Diabetes is really a huge problem not just in the US but in fact, is everywhere. I am from Malaysia, and recently Malaysia is being rated for one of the most obese people in the country. That is because Malaysia is a multi-racial country. Malay and Indian food usually are oily and sweet. We all like sweet stuff here.  Besides, all that you mention like, watching TV, lack of exercise, an unhealthy diet all that is a part of a normal lifestyle and average Malaysian is. Even though I click through the natural way to reduce blood sugar by Glucocil, is there any way to reduce blood sugar using herbs?

      And the unhealthy foods are everywhere. They are tempting to say the least and we do tend to succumb to the cravings for these foods.
