  1. I have found boiled eggs to be very useful at night. But I hadn’t considered these other snacks you have in this list. I will obviously start by having some bites of a Lemon Cheesecake. I love lemon and cheesecake has always been my favorite. I know moderation is the key here.

    • Hey Abel,

Yes boiled eggs are a good choice as a good bedtime snack.

These bedtime snacks or just a short guide for people with diabetes.

You also do not want to be overdoing it and yes moderation is the key here.

But you also don’t want to be snacking two hours before bedtime. So common sense should be used here.

Thanks for sharing. I appreciate it!

  2. Many thanks for this post, my grand mum died of diabetes and I find this post particularly interesting. I believe she’ll still be with us if I had this information back then. I never knew pop corn is a healthy snack for a diabetic because where I come from, sugar is used to prefer pop corn. I’ll like to ask, what should be added and what should be prepared when preparing or purchasing pop corn for a diabetic?

    • Hey Jude, you’re welcome! Sorry to hear about your grand mum.
we do know more about diabetes today than ever before.

It’s good to have some bedtime snacks that even diabetics can eat. And yes popcorn is a fairly healthy snack even for diabetics.

I personally wouldn’t add anything to the popcorn I would just buy it where it’s already prepared.

I hope this helps! Thanks for sharing. I appreciate it 🙂
