  1. Hi Rob, your tips are helpful because, although I exercise and eat my veggies, I still need to lose some weight. The main thing that you have mentioned that I am still working with is the proportion of salt in the diet. I am gradually getting to like my no- salt food and experiment with herbs to make it tasty. I tried for several years before this, but it was not until I stopped buying my precooked lunches that i began to see results. It seems like the salt in ‘street food’ is hidden. I am going to add folic acid to my diet. Thank you for the information

      And sugar is the top culprit! But you are correct that salt is a hidden enemy here. There happens to be a lot of sugar and salt hidden in foods.

      Precooked foods and eating out a lot is not good for us. And with diabetes, losing weight can really be a big turnaround.

      But losing weight isn’t easy unless you have a plan. Start a healthy eating plan for good and watch those pounds come off and those glucose numbers drop!

  2. There are particularly two things that I didn’t know that could help me to lower blood sugar, and they are: eаting lоtѕ оf bаnаnаѕ and getting more sleep.

      There are lots of ways to lower your blood sugar naturally. Eating more bananas and getting more sleep are two ways. Also drinking half your body weight in water is another.

      And you’ll want to consume not just fruits and vegetables, but these foods that are lowest on the glycemic index of under 55.
