    3. Low sodium lean meats – try roast turkey or beef.
    4. Rotisserie chicken – buy a whole chicken and eat it all week.

      These happen to be very healthy foods. Tuna is one of my favorites as well as beans lean meats and I absolutely love rotisserie chicken.

      Eggs are also very healthy for you as long as you don’t overdo it. And I eat nuts all the time especially walnuts and cashews.
