      Yeah I’m sad to hear that your girlfriend is lactose intolerant. That’s a really hard thing to deal with too. I don’t have any recipes for dairy free low-carb cheesecake.

These desserts look delicious, it’s hard to believe these are ok for a diabetic to eat.  I did see there is sugar as an ingredient in a lot of these recipes and other ingredients that have hidden sugars.  I see there were supposed to be tips by sugars but I couldn’t find the tips.  I am assuming it would be using a sugar alternative like stevia.  I love how diabetics can still enjoy some desserts but cutting out the sugar.  Nice post.

      Yes they do look tempting don’t they? But they are for diabetics to eat.

      These don’t have any hidden ingredients but your point about sugar is correct.

      You always want to use a sugar substitute such as the one that you mentioned Stevia.

      So as you can see, there are desserts that even diabetics can enjoy. We don’t have to be cut off from everything!
