  2. I had been asking myself what food has the most probiotics? And I would like to share with you my conclusion. My first choice is Yogurt. It’s one of the most familiar sources of probiotics — “good” bacteria that keep a healthy balance in your gut. My second option is Sauerkraut. Please choose the unpasteurized kind. And in third place, Miso Soup.

      I agree that sauerkraut is good, but for me, it doesn’t taste good, so I opt for other probiotics.

      But it works for many others who do enjoy it.

  3. This was a good review of probiotic foods. I have tried and enjoyed most of these foods as I suffer from  ongoing digestive distress. I usually incorporate one probiotic food everyday starting with a yogurt in the morning.  I have not  concluded that one food is significantly better than any other for releaving my digestive problems. However, I also take a probiobic tablet each day and I know this marketly reduces my disgesttive problems. Besides the foods have you explored any of the probiotic supplements available. Based on my experience some of these work much better than others. Thanks for this review on the probiotic foods
