  1. At first I thought it said Insulin haha. I’ve never heard of Inulin for diabetes before. I’m interested in it because my father has diabetes and his health is declining to the point his kidneys are now functioning around 22 percent which is scary. Do you know if Inulin would be safe for him or should he consult his doctor first? Thank you for the information on Inulin for diabetes, nice job.

      Yes there are many people who mistake inulin for insulin and that’s understandable. We all know about insulin.

      Inulin fiber however, is very beneficial for your diabetes. I’m sorry to hear about your father and I’m sure many of my articles here can help him.

      As far as the inulin goes, I would check with the doctor first about anything including inulin fiber.

  3. I am learning something new from this article. It is the first time I am hearing of inulin. As a matter of fact when I started reading, I thought it was a spelling mistake. Seriously, though, this fiber has so many benefits. Outside of treating diabetes it seems like a product that should be on eveyone’s shelf. Besides it being in garlic and onions and asparagus, is it available in any convenient form? For example, does it come as a powder or granules that can be added to a meal? I would love to get hold of inulin. Thank you for this valuable information.
