Fruits and vegetables are the best to eat and okra should be part of a regular diet. You’re correct with staying on top of your A1C level.

This is interesting information. I know okra is good for diabetes, but didn’t know the contraindication with diabetic drug. My mom takes Metformin and she takes lots of okra too.

I also take Metformin and consume okra too.
