  1. Great advice Rob. I actually stopped smoking in 2013 and along with stopping the cigarettes I also stopped the Cokes that go so well with the afternoon or evening cigarettes. I still have my morning coffee, but I have cut back on the sugar just from stopping the smoking, so I can attest to what you are saying. Thanks again buddy!

  3. Thank you very much for these proven methods. Since the pandemic began, I started getting off track concerning my diet. And have been feeling the symptoms of those that have their sugar high. I went to a doctor and he told me I could be on the path to pre-diabetes. So, I will implement the suggestions you gave here to reverse it. I like doing exercise, so that’s a good start.

I think this is an amazing article as diabetes is a serious disease that a lot of people don’t take seriously until they or someone they are close to is diagnosed with it. Great tips as well. With most foods these days containing a lot of sugar, watching sugar intake can be very difficult but it is something everyone should be aware of. Is there anything else that you recommend that you didn’t mention in the article to prevent diabetes?

    • Hey Pat! thank you so much. Diabetes is a serious disease and it is something that you should be looking out for before you even are diagnosed with diabetes.

      So it’s good to know the symptoms of pre-diabetes and six proven steps that you can take right away.

      There is a lot of good information here and most foods are going to be the cause of diabetes. That being said sugar is a definite no no to diabetes

      But there is a lot of information here on my website that will help you when it comes to diabetes so that you can possibly prevent it in the future. Remember an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

  5. I think this is a great informative article, diabetes runs in my family so it is something I have to be extremely cautious about even with my daughter. Your article has taught me new things that I can be sure to do in my day to day life and my daughters to hopefully help avoid ever getting diabetes. I value this article a lot thank you very much.
