  1. You have great easy diabetic lunches here. I don’t have diabetes, but I do have a digestive condition that means I have to be careful to eat in a healthy way.

    Many of these ideas will work well for me with my regime. I have to be a bit on the low-fat side, so there are some nice options here. I particularly like the spinach rolls and chicken and egg salad. Even some of the others can be tweaked to go lower in fat.

      I love the spinach rolls recipe too because spinach is my favorite vegetable!

  2. You have done a great job to put out recipes of very healthy foods here. You make it look so easy to make so I have to try some of those out. I’m trying to take care of my health the best I can. I lifting some weights and good quality food matters to get good results. If you are diabetic you have to be very careful about what you eat, and you have made a go to recipes for them. Well done.

  3. I love these recipes! I think the Spinach Rolls and the Salmon and Cream Cheese Wraps are going to become a couple of my favorites. They say the Diabetic diet is one of the healthiest diet we can follow. I’m not diabetic but I follow Keto and I was surprised to discover the similarities of the two.

    You’ve given me a couple of great ideas for this year’s company Christmas party, we have a handful of diabetics and your Turkey Meatballs or the Curry Chicken Salad would be perfect and there probably won’t be any leftovers.

      The Keto and Mediterranean diets are the best for diabetics.

  4. Hello; I want you to cook for me! The ten easy diabetic lunch recipes. makes me feel hungry as I read, and I am not diabetic. I can imagine!… What about the lunch for non-diabetic?

     I looked at the ten recipes separately, I wondered. Will consuming these ten recipes, lower blood sugar, or cause blood sugar to go away for real?

      It’s good that you are not a diabetic but you can pass these on to any folks that you know that might be diabetic.

      These lunch recipes are good for not raising your blood sugar and may even help a bit with lowering them.

      But the recipes will not make your high blood sugar just go away.

      That takes a lot of discipline by eating healthy and a lifestyle change.
