  2. Lots of lovely delicious recipes there Rob to choose from for anyone looking to reduce the blood sugar count, not just the diabetics!  

    I particular like how you have taken traditional recipes and adjusted them for the cause, my late mother who developed diabetes later in life (although completely denied the fact!) and was especially fond of Apple Struddel served with lashings of custard or cream, which ever was to hand! I’m pretty sure this version would have been an acceptable alternative and she may not have even noticed the tweak 😉

    The “Chосоlаtе Peanut Buttеr Trifle” recipe caught my eye with 3 food words a favourite of mine, chocolate, peanut and trifle.  I shall look forward to trying this one out for size when I have my next dinner party. Thank you.
