Wow, I didn’t know that testing one’s keto levels with urine sticks had become a thing. My husband uses a device where he pricks his finger and a machine tells him whether his sugar is too high or low, as he has high blood sugar that he has to watch. This is quite expensive to do every day and I wonder if there are strips that do sugar levels too.
