This is a very interesting and thought provoking posts.
I don’t think there is a right or wrong way to go with this one.
If you have your own home gym then you certainly have access it to it as and when you choose. But if you don’t have a dedicated room then having to set up equipment and fold it up again when finished it might put people off.
When you go to the gym you are more likely to put in the effort, because you will have lots of others around you and they will motivate you to keep going. Also, the equipment will probably be of a higher quality and there will be more choice.
If you are dedicated as most people who exercise are, then you will exercise just as much at home, as you would in a gym.
It is therefore a very personal choice.

Thank you for commenting. The fact of the matter is that there are people who do not and cannot buy a home gym and there are people who can buy a home gym and are looking to buy one.
And the reason for this is they do have the room and they do have their reasons for wanting to work out in the privacy of their own home and are not comfortable with going to a gym.
This article was meant for people who are interested in buying a home gym and not for those who enjoy going to an outside gym.
So again, this is how to create a personal gym for the people who are looking for their own gym at home and not for those who don’t want to and cannot.
I feel the personal choice is that the person who is exercising in an outside gym will have no desire to read this post, but there are people who are very interested in knowing what to buy for a home gym for themselves.
