  1. A stabilize blood sugar is the key to healthy life. I am a big fan of Dr. Michel Mosley for his FastDiet and Fast 800 books but i am not aware that he has a new diet plan. Thanks for sharing the summary of this book with us. I would like to check it out and see if there is any new information that i can learn from this book or not. I will give it a read.

      Dr. Michael Mosley writes some very good books which includes this one the eight week board sugar diet plan.

      This is the perfect plan and book for anyone who has issues with her blood sugars and diabetes. Because the fact of the matter is diabetes is related mostly to what we eat and not enough exercise.

      There are a lot of positive reviews on this book which is why I want to promote it and help people.

  2. I was so eager to dive into this review because for someone who has been struggling with type 1 diabetes for the last 18 years I can reassure you that it is not an easy path; at all. Luckily, I have learned how to stay on the good levels of my blood glucose levels for the past few years and I have maintained those levels – which I’m proud of. I had a really hard childhood when no one monitored my diabetes and due to that I ended up developing retinopathy, stage 2 CKD and high blood pressure. I’m currently in my mid twenties and it has been one of the most difficult and draining experiences I had ever had ever been through. What I’m trying to say here is that if you have the opportunity and you’re determinate into getting your diabetes under control then please do what you need to do in order to prevent further damages or any damage at all.

    • Hi Stephanie 🙂 i’m glad that you did come across my review of the eight week blood sugar diet plan because I can understand it being very difficult having type one diabetes for the last 18 years.

      Being type one diabetic is not easy and it’s something that you must be on top of day in and day out. I have a friend of mine who is 75 years old who is a type one diabetic and he has always manage to keep his blood sugars in the normal range.

      I’m glad you were able to control your blood sugars and I’m sorry to hear that you did end up with retinopathy, stage 2 CKD, and high blood pressure. That’s really rough.
